Club Royale Apartments welcomes cats and dogs.
- Maximum of 2 pets per household
- Dog deposit: $500 per pet
- Cat deposit: $250 per pet
- Monthly pet rent: $50 per pet
- Maximum dog weight: 25 lbs. at maturity
Breed restrictions apply. The following breeds and any mixes containing these breeds are not permitted: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Tosa Inu, Dogo Argentino, Pit Bull breeds, Rottweiler, Shar Pei, Cane Corso, Presa Canario, Wolf Hybrids, German Shepherd, Husky, Chow Chow, and Great Dane.
Reptiles and rodents are not permitted.
All pets must be approved by management and comply with the terms of the Pet Addendum.
